The Design
Project QUAD+ is a next-generation solution for multi-functional micro quad for last miles and street vendors that run on electricity. The project aims to design an affordable and modular quad along with a delivery solution for indivdules or companies to enable them to easily delivery, sell food and other goods on the go.
Our project incorporates a tracking device that communicates with a mobile app, which will allow customers to locate nearby street vendors quickly and easily.
The problems

Delivery personnel are required to purchase or rent their own motorbikes to carry out their delivery services.

Couriers use trolleys to transport the goods to customers within their district.

The cost of renting a food truck is expensive, ranging from HKD 5,000 to HKD 10,000.

There are no mobile trucks available for SMEs to sell their goods and create their own mobile shops.
The solution
We would collaborate with delivery companies to sell or rent our EV-QUAD+. The delivery company can then provide our QUAD+ to their delivery personnel who can use it to deliver food quickly, and safely, and handle more orders at once.
Our QUAD+ can be used to transport stocks locally within the district, relieving delivery personnel from the burden of pushing heavy trolleys. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or online shop platforms can purchase or rent our QUAD+ at a much lower price than a food truck.
The App
Our QUAD+ is equipped with a modular function that allows clients to change the modular box that best suits their needs. The modular box comes with a security feature, temperature control, and movable function, ensuring convenience and safety for our clients.
In addition, our QUAD+ uses a changeable Li-ion battery that can be replaced with a charged battery in a short time. This ensures that the truck always has an adequate supply of electricity to operate.
Moreover, the QUAD+ comes with GPS radio, which enables clients to track the truck in real-time and order or locate specific goods from the mobile shop anytime through our QUAD+ App.

The rear cabinet module can be used individually for users who want to rent , subscript or buy cabinets to sell goods by themselves. QUAD+ provides a comprehensive platform for vendors to conduct their business without any hardware or software troubles easily.
The user just prepares their product and seamlessly integrates it with the QUAD+ platform, providing the ability to sell both physically and online digitally in QUAD+ app with ease.
Social & Industrial Impact
Online trading has severely constrained the growth of individual local SMC businesses, resulting in significant job losses and disruptive socio-economic effects on society.
We will offer this type of service and how we aim to change the society as a whole. It might also change purchase habits and promotion of reusable energy.
Since our QUAD+ truck is low carbon emission EV with solar panel on top of the truck’s box, which would save the solar energy and reuse this energy to the battery. We hope using recycling the solar energy to the battery to adopt our final goal as “zero carbon emission” EV and fulfill SDG goal 7.
We would sell or rent our QUAD+ though the online platform such as our website and car e-platform etc. and display our EV modular in the show room.
Meanwhile, we focus on the business customers like delivery company, transportation company in the initial sales stage.
After that, we expand the market to the SME company and online shop platform for trading the goods or service.
Finally, the family or individual become the ultimately clients in the last stage.
